What it is, and why it matters.
An exterior door has a hard job: security, insulation and curb appeal in one unit. The installation matters as much as the door, because water gets in at the sill and edges if flashing and sealant are not done carefully.
We remove the old door, check and repair the rough opening, flash the sill, set the unit plumb and level, insulate around it and install hardware, weatherstripping and trim. We also repair rot discovered along the way.

Sill pans and tape protect the opening.
