Baseboards are the trim you see in every room. Swapping thin builder baseboards for taller, more detailed ones is one of the most affordable ways to make a house feel finished.
We remove old trim carefully, scribe to uneven floors, miter or cope the corners, and leave nail holes and joints filled for paint. We can also build up a base with a cap for a more traditional look.

What height of baseboard should I choose?
Many homes with eight-foot ceilings look good with five to seven inch baseboards, and taller ceilings can handle seven to nine inches. Our Trim Planner shows the proportions.
Can you install baseboards over new flooring?
Yes. We usually install baseboards after the floor and add shoe molding or quarter round where needed.
